About your Counsellor in Peterborough
A Little About Me
As a qualified Adlerian Psychotherapist and Counsellor (MBACP), I bring experience in helping people from diverse walks of life through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Based in Peterborough, UK, I provide flexible counselling — available in person locally or online — so support is accessible wherever you are.
My Professional Approach
I use the Adlerian approach to Psychotherapy, alongside an integrative style that combines different therapeutic methods to suit your needs. This may include elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, and other evidence-based techniques.
I believe that for therapy to be effective, trust is essential. Everything you share is treated with the strictest confidentiality, and I always work within the BACP Ethical Framework.
